Pricing

Plumbing prices in Woodside, NY

Flat rates, published. You approve a number before any work begins rather than watching a clock, and the number does not change unless the scope does.

How we charge

Three rules, and we do not break them

Flat rate, not hourly

You are quoted the whole job — the parts, the labour and the visit — as one number. A stubborn blockage is our problem, not your invoice.

Approved before we start

Nothing is fitted before you have said yes to a written price. If we find something that changes the scope, you get a new number rather than a surprise.

Same price at midnight

The after-hours call-out is a flat $175 and that is the only premium. The repair itself costs the same at 2am on a holiday as it does on a Tuesday afternoon.

Service agreements

Annual plumbing service plans

The discount is not really the point. The point is that somebody who knows your building looks at the water heater, the sump pump and the shutoffs on a schedule, and that when something does fail you are already at the front of the queue on the one day everybody in Queens is calling at once.

Homeowner

$169per home, per year

One annual plumbing inspection, plus the two things that matter most on the day something goes wrong: your place in the queue and no diagnostic fee.

  • One full plumbing inspection a year, with a written condition report
  • Water heater flushed and the relief valve tested
  • Priority dispatch ahead of non-contract calls
  • No diagnostic fee on any service call
  • 10% off every repair
  • Transferable if you sell; refundable pro rata if you move

Best for: A single-family home you intend to stay in.

Prices are per address, per year, for a single-family home with one water heater and one main drain line. A two-family house is $60 more on any plan, and a third unit $60 beyond that. Co-ops, condominiums and commercial buildings are priced per riser or per unit after a site survey.

Paying for it

Financing, rebates and the number that actually matters

A sewer replacement or a whole-house repipe is a large purchase, and the sticker price is rarely the only number worth comparing. Efficient water heaters — heat pump units in particular — attract federal, state and utility incentives that can move the figure substantially, and water-conservation programmes sometimes contribute to fixture replacement too.

We quote both figures — gross and net of the incentives your project qualifies for — and we prepare and submit the paperwork as part of the job. An incentive nobody claimed is not an incentive.

  • Financing available on larger installations, with the monthly figure on the quote.
  • Rebate and incentive documentation prepared and submitted, at no extra charge.
  • Camera inspection and leak detection fees credited in full against the repair.

Ask for a written quote

We look before we quote and we put the number in writing. If the honest answer is that a spot repair will do what a replacement would, that is what the quote will say.
